Leider habe ich über die Chat bots und KI Telefonservices keinen Weg finden können ein Ersatzgerät zu bestellen.
(Gerät ist nach einem Sturz definitiv defekt und Reset etc nutzlos.)

If you would have a Business line, there is a faster service with a check and pick up / swap service on the next business day included. Anyhow this better service results in higher prices (obviously)...

Very hard - as Vodafone shops are usually only Franchise companies and as such only get money for selling contracts and not for swapping parts - despite the fact that they have limited storage.
