Schönes sylvester.
I have closed my contract since a month ago. My landlord was supposed to return the router to vodafone when I left it in Berlin, but it has by accident found its way to me in France to my now accomodation.
I've printed the return label here, but im struggling to find a DHL shop to leave it in. I might have to drive to switzerland to send it. There was an email asking me to return(send) it by 01.01, but it will now be delayed.
Could someone help me relay this info to vodafone, that my router is indeed still on its way and it wont be required to be added to my last payment.
