Hi !
About a month ago I ordered 100 Mbps DSL from Vodafone. The contract froze, the router did not come for a long time and I had to call the operator myself. As a result, it turned out that 100 Mbps was not available to us and we were transferred to 50 Mbps. Then, a router came to us and we tried to activate it, but for some unknown reason the MIC code from the received letter did not work.
After all this, I registered a MeinVodafone account using the registration code from the letter and found that the profile shows the wrong tariff: "Red Internet & Phone 100 DSL" instead of "Red Internet & Phone 50 DSL", and when I try to press this key, it loads endlessly.
Later I tried to get a new MIC code using "Request installation code", but the field "Choose type of installation code" was empty.
Can you help me with all this ? 😞

this feels like the contract was never properly activated...
