Wrong DSL tariff, Problems getting a new MIC code [English]

Hi !

About a month ago I ordered 100 Mbps DSL from Vodafone. The contract froze, the router did not come for a long time and I had to call the operator myself. As a result, it turned out that 100 Mbps was not available to us and we were transferred to 50 Mbps. Then, a router came to us and we tried to activate it, but for some unknown reason the MIC code from the received letter did not work.

After all this, I registered a MeinVodafone account using the registration code from the letter and found that the profile shows the wrong tariff: "Red Internet & Phone 100 DSL" instead of "Red Internet & Phone 50 DSL", and when I try to press this key, it loads endlessly.

Later I tried to get a new MIC code using "Request installation code", but the field "Choose type of installation code" was empty.

Can you help me with all this ? 😞

please i need help we had a new internet registration from Vodafone we couldn't find the mic code or welcome letter  for one month now we have being paying for this service without activation code believe me is not a good feeling

we will be happy if valofane will gladly come to our rescues thank.

Since here is no individual service possible since August 2022 and the TE has marked the solution I close here now.
