Unable to login with Activation code + customer number

I have already received the welcome letter + Activation code by post and now I am unable to login. I also requested for a new activation code about 10-15 days back and still have not received it. On retrying, it just displays that you have already requested for the activation code and you will get it within 2-3 days. Unfortunately, i do not speak german and its a pain to even connect to vodafone customer support.

You can only log in with the data once the contract has been activated. There is no customer account before.
