Returning router before the termination date of the contract

Hello,

recently I managed to get the Kündigungsbestätigungs for the mobile/DSL with Vodafone

as I'm moving away from Germany at the end of this month.

Still, in the documents, it is written that the contract ends on November

and I'm asked to return the router within 14 days of the date of termination. 

My question is the following:

can I return the router just now?

I have already received Routerenschein included in the Kündigungsbestätiigungs

and I don't have any reason to wait 3 months for the return.

Yes, you can already now - just add the return slip to the package.

Also keep in mind that you will most probably have to pay the postage fees - so please choose a trackable and insured way in your own favour as a damaged or lost package would otherwise result in you having to pay the fine for the damaged or lost router.
