Hi Team,
I have recently applied for an Internet connection(Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable) through check24. I have got confirmation from check24 that my request is sent to Vodafone and when I contacted them they told me that my request is currently handled by Vodafone. But, It has been almost 11 days and I haven't got any response or acknowledgement about my Internet connection status from Vodafone. It is causing me too many problems to live without the Internet. Could you please share the status and let me know if my Internet connection would be enabled any time soon.

when you signed the contract via Check24, usuallay they can tell you more details about your order status. Did you already contact them directly?
