Hi Vodafone Internet Service Team
I have a Internet DSL connection. From this month, it looks like I am being charged more than the previous months.
And I wasn't informed about this. I would like to cancel the contract.

In your contract, the first 12 months of the promotion were probably discounted and those are now up. That is why the normal price is due. You can also see this in your order confirmation.

I made my first contract in 2017 and it has been renewing. In the order I see it is still the same price but not the expensive one.

has there been an winback offer one or two years ago? That can also be a reason why your bills are now higher than before.
Let's see what exactly happened there. Please send me a private message private message with your customer number and password (alternatively name, address and birth date of the contract owner).
