Hallo and Servus,
I have received my EasyBox 805 and all lights are green when plugged in. Unfortunately, I have still not recieved a welcome letter with the Modem Initiation Code so I cannot start service. I have looked in my spam folder but there is nothing from Vodafone. I have attempted to request a new code several times from Vodafone.de without success. Any help would be appreciated.

hm... was your landline already activated by a technician / did it work in the past?
To order a new modeminstallationcode via "Mein Vodafone" you need the onlinregistrationcode... which is only communicated in the inital welcomeletter.
Normally the router will be sent roughly a week before the activation date.
Did you check your spamfolder?

Thank you Andre. I received my welcome letter a few hours after posting this, but I needed to get the help of a mobile shop to request it from Vodafone (the letter was not in my spam folder). I had received my modem on Monday but no letter. My activation date is Monday 16/5, so I wait.

I'm glad that the colleagues in the shop could help you.
Since you've got the welcome letter now , i feel like that they have verified / added your correct mailadress.
