Issue with no internet from 2 days

I have internet issue in my apartment, I have tried all the approaches suggested and could not connect to internet. I am getting a page "pushpage.arcor.de" automatically and says internet is not activated.

Please help further as I need to work from home.

I am still a beginner in German language and I tried calling vodafone customer service multiple times  but not able to speak.
