Correct of House Number

Hi,

 

I have DSL connection from Vodafone. This is the first time registration with Vodafone. 

 

This connection is for my new house, which I will be moving to 1-Apr-2022.

 

Now, I realized the house number I had provided to Vodafone at the time of registration was wrong.

I would need to change the house number from 65 to 63.

 

Please let me know the process to do the same.

 

Also I have not recieved the wifi router from Vodafone(I had registered for vodofone's default router, not the fritzbox one). I had provided a temproary address(where i am residing currently) to which the box should be sent. I had recieved welcome letter from vodafone a week back. But box is yet to arrive is this expected or normal?

Hey GinsonMathew,

the router gets normally sent roughly 1 week before the activation date.

With less then 1 week notice, its most likely not possible to change the adress.
We'll need to wait till the initial appointment fails, then relocate the landline.
