Contract Cancellation: Moving out of Germany

i am moving out of Germany on 27.06.2021. i have raised a request for contract termination via the contact form. KIndly let me know if there are any other formalities to be taken care of - like where to send the Router?

You will receive a confirmation of termination. There you will also find the return slip including the address on page 4.

Please note that you will return the router after the cancellation date. You will also receive a final invoice after the termination date.

When did you send us the contact form?
