Vodafone is the worst internet company I've ever contracted.
I've lived in countries in America and Europe and Vodafone has the worst customer service.
The site just doesn't work and I don't want a phone, I want a contact email, because I want to read and respond, I don't have time to wait for agents on a call.
Be more digital, improve the site, the contact form gives an error in the last step because the checkbox doesn't work.

You are writing here in a moderated u2u-forum. The main thing here is that customers give other customers help; the moderators can only intervene if that doesn't work. But you will not receive any email from them either, the answer will be via the forum.
If you need further or faster help, please use the corresponding support channels such as hotline or social media support on Facebook, Twitter or WhatsApp.
And please also take into account that the contract and support language is primarily German and that you do not get any support in a foreign language on the hotline.
