Hello
I recently ordered a DSL internet connection but I was informed afterward that only a cable connection is available in my apartment.
So I am already waiting for my appointment with the DSL technician in this next week. So nothing was done yet.
Could you please let me know if it is possible to switch my plan to a cable connection? I tried using the self-service but as I do not have a Telephone Number I am not able to change from DSL to Cable from there
