Hello,
I am currently based in Ulm and have the contract Internet & Phone DSL 50 with Vodafone. I am moving abroad in May end where I cannot be served by this contract. Please assist me in cancelling the contract.
I have called the Vodafone Hotline a couple of times and have got contradictory answers. One customer service agent said that I should send a letter by post to a particular address in Ratingen while another suggested that an email is sufficient (though I cannot find the email address from the link he sent). Please help me in cancelling the contract.
Also, kindly share what are the details that should be mentioned in the letter/email so that the cancellation is accepted at once.

There is no - and i can't stress this enough - direct mail adress of the customerservice.
