Dear all,

I would like to cancel my online order for Red Internet 100 DSL. I was waiting for an email with the details about the connection date and the router delivery. When the end of my previous contract with another provider was approaching, I decided to call your customer service. They told me that, right now, I cannot get 100Mbits at my address and I should wait until the end of April/mid-May to get internet. That's unacceptable as I need an internet connection to work every day. Even more disappointing is the fact that if I had not called you, I would never have known this thing. Therefore, I would like to cancel the order immediately.

Hello gserra,

if you ordered the Red Internet 100 DSL in a Vodafone Shop, than you may not cancel the order.

If you ordered the Red Internet 100 DSL via Internet, you may cancel this order 14 days after you got the Information about your right to cancel the order by Vodafone. Probably this time is over. You have to take a look at the Information you got from Vodafone.

Vodafone have to wait at the technical requirements from the Telekom. Vodafone-DSL depends from the Telekom Net.
