Hello, My internet speed is extremely slow. It varies between 4Mb/s to 18kb/s since 6pm this evening. 18kb/s!! but I'm paying 30€ a month for an expected speed of 32mb/s for Red Internet & Phone 32 Cable.
Unfortunately I read that many people experience a similar issue and I read in the news that this is an ongoing issue in Germany.
Vodafone, could you please address this slow internet issue ASAP?
