easy box 804 Kaput

Sorry my German isn't so good as i've tried to speak over the phone a few times now.

My Easybox  804 for the last few months has been disconnecting. Sometimes the internet works, sometimes the DSL connection just doesn't connect, I'll try a reset and it wont work. The internet light is Red, all the others are green.

Or on some occasionals all the lights are on, or just the red light on the bottom of the Easybox 804.

So in conclusion, the internet is intermittently dropping out, sometimes for almost a full day.
