Vodafone Cable internet fault! Upload of 0.80mbps only! Please Help!

I have cable internet of 200mbps/10mbps (with 50mbps upload upgrade).
Since the upgrade my upload speed is reducing every week. Now I am receiving 0.30mbps (just tested)
Please HELP!

There is a problem in the back-channel of the line. The source of interference must first be found and then eliminated.

What can I do to detect the problem? I am already connected directly to the vodafone router via cable.

You can't do anything about it. The source of interference must be found and eliminated by Vodafone technicians.
