Hi there, for the last 2 days, I have been trying to watch a film via VoD. It keeps "hanging". Sometimes the soundtrack keeps going, but no video, just the circle in the middle of the screen. I've tried multiple times, including re-starting the Giga box.

Does anyone know how I make contact with Vodafone to get credit for the 5 Euros?

i would like to check your connection, also, is there any failure that occurs? Could you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract owner) via private message?

No, no connection problems. Everything works fine except VoD.

The first time I watched 5 minutes and then when I tried to rewind, it hung. After restarting several times, I gave up. The next night, I tried again and that time, I never got any picture, only the soundtrack.

Really, I just want a credit on my account because I've never had any luck with Vodafone VoD, so I will stick with Netflix for the time being.
