I have Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable and using KabelBox CH7466CE. I am connected via ethernet but also slow connection happens with WLAN as well.
Internet is usually good in the mornings, after midnight. But too slow at weekends, evenings. I have this problem for couple of months but unfortunately nothing changed or improved yet.
Also speed is very unstable and reliable. In the same time frame, i tried 10 mins network speed tests. Isee both 90 Mbit, 5Mbit, 8Mbit download speeds in order.

Hello ergin,
the planned date for the expansion is at the beginning of the next quarter. I made the task for the technician so he can fix the signal problem and hopefully improve the connection.

the reason for the low bandwidth on evenings and weekends is a high net utilisation at those times. There are already plans to expand the net and reduce the utilisation, you will get an e-mail when they are finished. In addition, some of your downstreams have a bad signal. If a technician corrects them it might have a positive effect on your connection. Do you want to try that? If so, is the number that ends on ***866 still correct?

Thanks for investigation. Do you know when it planned and how long it will take? Because somedays are so difficult to use internet. Yes, my number phone is that one and i can try that.

Today technician helped me to fix some problem with my connection. Looks like i have better connection and more stable internet. There is a great improvement when i compare with my last connection and usages.
