Urgent need help!!! DSL not working, error code 691

Hi all

I need your advise urgently !!! 

This morning suddenly my home DSL connection interuptted and the web broswer show error code 691 as attach picture.

I tested restart the router, easybox 804 but problem still the same. Afterward I unplug the DSL cable and wait for 5min, turn ON back still the same.

Afterward I reset the easybox804 and re-entry my MIC code, problem still the same and I call to vodafone hotline, due to man power issue, no customer service available.

Please help to look on my issue.

as I can see you already contacted us and a technical ticket has been opened.

A technician will check the connection on April 11th.

I keep my fingers crossed that the malfunction will be repaired promptly.
