First of all, excuse me for not being able to speak German that much.
I can speak and write a little, but I thought it'd be best for each other to understand better in english.
As stated in the title, I haven't had any internet for 1 whole week.
I already had 2 technicians come by, but neither could fix the problem.
So what I know is that there's nothing wrong with my modem or any of the cords and plugs. (The technician even checked downstairs where my neighbor lives)
I couldn't understand clearly, but the technician said that the signal that's supposed to come to my house is completely down, and also something about the cable that connects from house to house is completely dead.
I tried asking him what I could do (whether I should call Vodafone again or anything more in particular), but I couldn't get a clear answer.
I usually work a lot with my computer and this problem is really testing my patience.
1 week without internet is sooo frustrating!
Please anyone, I really need your help!
