Some website cannot be accessible

Hallo Leute,

Sorry for my poor German, so please allow me to address the problem in English.

My router TG3442DE seems not allowing to access the majority of websites, such as discord.com and so on (especially things on abroad. Most of the japanese website is not reachable).

I first thought this might be because of aDNS problem, so I tried to switch to Google DNS(8.8.8.8) but this didn't work.

Can somebody help me with this problem? thank you so much!

Hello Jotaro,

have you tried doing a factory reset of the router? Maybe some configuration went wrong. If that doesn't help, please make a do a Pingplotter with a direct ethernet connection and send a screenshot here.
