hello there
we just moved to a rented brand-new apartment that already have cable installed,, unfortunately the provider did not contact us so we decided to go with Vodafone. the only option available was kable , but I’m having trouble install it with the current modem inside inside the house.
customer service cannot help as they don’t speak English and trying the steps mentioned on the website the problem is tbat i need to connect the cable to my computer but the plug available does not fit on any of the computer sockets.
I also tried to find the Facebook page which they give support in English, but I cannot find it.
can anybody give us advice on how to connect the cables or if I’m missing any cable?

I tried this , it tells me it only serves in German and send me to the customer service number that is in german ( not sure what number to press )
