Slow upload speed for 250mbps. Only 5mbps upload. Help

Hey there,

 

I'm sorry to speak English. My German is still in progress

 

I ordered 250mbps of speed and I saw the upload is up to 25mbps.

 

However, since I have activated the internet, the highest upload speed would be 5mbps. The download speed is 250mbps which is great. But since the upload is very slow, my video call meeting seems to be lagging and it really is disrupting my work.

 

Please help. Thank you so much

I saw there is a status change.

 

" We have checked your connection. It is affected by a network fault. The fault clearance is already running. We do not need a technician appointment with you. We have canceled it."

 

What does this " We canceled it." actually mean? I hope you guys did not cancel the process. As the upload speed is still very low.

Hey edwardop,

 

it mean only, that no technician come to you. But we heve an issue with the network. The ticket for you is the xxx92/21.

I saw that the ticket has been completed, however, I just checked that the upload is still very low. 1.5mbps. It interrupts my meetings constantly. This is a nightmare.

 

Please help me reopen the ticket, and resolve this issue.

Hey,

 

the issue is solved but at you connection are now more timeouts on the line.

Then a technician should really come to you. Is that possible? Is the house system accessible and are there any symptoms of Covid-19 in you or your acquaintances?

Hey there,

 

Thank you so much. I have checked with my landlord and they said "an sich befindet sich der Verteilerkasten für Vodafone im Keller und ist frei zugänglich.". Hence please arrange the technician to come as soon as possible.

 

I have no covid symptoms and I live alone. Also, I will wear mask whenever interacted with people.

This is really frustrating.

 

Please anyone can help here??? The upload is not even 2mbps!!!!!!

Is there any news for the technician?

 

I need the technician to come as soon as possible because this is affecting my work. At this time, a reliable internet is very important and Vodafone DOES NOT fulfill what you stated in your contract. Please send the technician immediately or I would like to terminate my contract without any penalty and additional cost.

the timeouts are gone and and there is still a workload. I have created an order for you for this. A technician is currently no longer necessary.

Why is the technician visit no longer necessary?

 

Someone created the fault report before and then completed it but still, the issues persist.

at the moment there is an interference signal on the line and an increased load. Both disturbances can only be eliminated from outside, therefore we currently do not need a technician at your site.
