I took mobile, internet, TV connection from vodafone last year in July.
Promised 400 mbps, which later was told to be 200 mbps however in realtiy its less than 10 mbps, sometimes even no connection at all.
I complaint about speed topic within 30 days time.
I was requested to provide 20 times speed test at different dates and time, i complied all the test results and sent.
No action or response for months, finally i visited the vodafone shop and they called helpline and found my line has issues, so helped me writing letter to Kabel deutschland, Erfurt. Promised to get response in a weeks time and solution to my agony. I wrote followup mails.
However even after one year I dont have solution and I continue to suffer due to horrible service of Vodafone.
I dont know who to approach or esclate, it seems thats the only resort is to involves lawyers to solve this issue.
