Sorry for writing in English but I am still not good at German.
I have a Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable connection since 1 month. For the last couple of days I have noticed that the download speed has been limited to about 50 Mbit/s (it used to be around 190 initially), Upload speed is not affected and has remained constant at 12 Mbit/s. I have tried to disconnect and reconnect several times and it did not help. What is weird is that once the speed went up to 190 and then came back down to 50 and stayed there ( looks like it has been limited to 50). I contacted Vodafone Technical Suppot but they said everything is fine.
Can someone please help with this?
