Dear Vodafone Community,
I am having a problem with the internet connection as the router is randomly restarting, sometimes several times a day.
Kindly let me know if the community can help & support and which information I need to provide to solve this problem.
I have the Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable packet, with arris tg3442de router.

Hi Manu,
I think that the problem is not solved completely as the newly installed router rebooted on its own as well.
Do you have suggestions what could help solve this ?

how often does that happen and when exactly was the last time the router restarted on its own?

Hi Claudia,
I have noticed it rebooting once, it was last Thursday (2 days after the exchange of the router).
Uptime since last reboot is ~9 days at the moment.

Hello Alex_B3R,
I'd say more than nine days uptime isn't too bad. I suggest you keep an eye on that, if the modem restarts again and more often we can have a look at that.

It's now 25 days of router uptime since last reboot, seems that the issue is solved.
