Just installed new Wifi router (the free one) and the internet light is blinking red. I have registered it online and I can connect devices to it, but i do not have wifi. DOCSIS is Offline, but there are both 'upstream' and 'downstream' channels active.

Hi Taylor53,
maybe the channels are active, but there is no connection. Did you only get a new router or are you a complete new customer?

Hello Marco,
The Technician arrived on Thursday (September 5th) and was not able to get my wifi working. i was told they would call back to set up another appointment, but I have still not heard back. I would appreciate your support in resolving this.

Hi Taylor,
it is a bit more difficult to get this work than we thought. As said in the ticket, we need some new wires an a new amplifier. Therefor we need to know where the wires are located in the building. Sorry for the delay We are about to solve that.

It has been 2 weeks since the technician visited and I have not heard back about a new appointment. Can you please help me with this. This is now close to 1 month with a Vodafone router and no Wifi.
