Hallo,
ich spiele CS GO und habe Probleme auf Faceit zu spielen. Alles andere funktioniert ohne Probleme. Ich habe die 2 Play 400 Leitung mit der ConnectBox und mein PC ist per LAN-Kabel verbunden.
Die Probleme tauchen nur bei Faceit auf. Mein Ping ist konstant zwischen 28 - 35 ms. Merkwürdigerweise kommt es trotzdem zu Lag-Spikes wenn ich Einzelschüsse abgebe oder auch beim Dauerfeuer. Genau gesagt gehen 1-3 kugeln sauber aus der Waffe, aber danach stottert es und der Sound setzt aus für 1-2 sekunden (StutterLag) und die anderen Schüsse folgen danach.
Ich habe bereits Faceit (Hiperz ) kontaktiert. Und Folgende Antwort bekommen:

To further debug please do these steps at peak time (usually evening between 19:00 and 21:00 in your local time) or while the network problem is happening
1) Download WinMTR from here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/files/WinMTR-v092.zip/download and run it as administrator
2) On the input field insert 78.31.67.209 then click "Start".
3) Let the test run for 20 minutes (until sent value reaches 1000) then click "Export TEXT".
4) Send me the resulting file.

Hi SektioN,
I've checked your test results and by the look of it the problem appears to be caused by your Internet Service Operator at home as they are adding random spikes of packetloss and high latency within their own network.
Make sure you are connected to the internet using cable ethernet wire (powerline/wireless/wifi connections are known to cause similar issues to the one detected here).
Based on the test result seems like your ISP is adding 234ms lag spikes as early as ip-95-222-68-1.hsi15.unitymediagroup.de (the first hop right after your router)
Please make sure you are connected to your router directly with an ethernet network cable (no wifi/no devolo/no powerline) and with nothing else in between your computer and your internet router.
If you are connected with network ethernet cable to your modem/router then you must contact your Internet Connection support and have them fix the issue.
You can provide them this test result where they can see the problem we are referring to:
To me it looks like your ISP has some kind of congestion between your routed and their first router
