Dear All,
I wish to first apologize for not writing in German. Let me go strait to the point. I changed my Vodafon contract from a 16 DSL to 100 DSL and it took effect last friday 12.04.2019. I did this because the former was too slow. However, since friday and the whole of this weekend the internet comes for like 5 minutes and the red light on the router (easy box 804) start blinking and no internet. After like 5 minutes internet comes and then the same thing again and again. I have remove like ten times both the internet and cable from the router and also the electric adaptor but still nothing changes. The worse is that I was at the Vodafon local shop and they said I have to call online service and that I have not been able to talk with any person due to the complicated system. Please I would be more than grateful for any help. I am more than pissed off as I cannot work due to this problem.
