Hi
I have an issue with my Kabelbox it keeps rebooting it self daily randomly, this issue is ongoing since August ! i Contacted the support about it many many times, and its still Ongoing.
i have been sent 2 replacement devices, and i still get the same issue.
There was a technician at my place, he came And checked everything, the kabelSteckdose and the coax line all was good.
still Ongoing ! another technician will visit me in 2 days.
iam really tired of this problem, i ve lost alot of Comp Games/Matches because of this !

Hello Raikiri,
seems like a lot of measures were tried already. Were the power supply of the modem and the coaxial cable replaced as well? I would also like to check your access if you send me your customer number along with your full address and the date of birth of the contract owner. Use the private messages for that and reply here again afterwards.

Hi, the Technician left, he was the same Technician that checked my place last time, he said there is nothing measurable for the issue, He also wanted to check the keller but its locked by the Hausverealtung(although iam not sure why its relevant because a COAX line dont cause such issue), also he said i would recommend to change the kabelbox brand but for 1Gbps (DOCSIS 3.1) connection the only other option is a FritzBox, which it Costs....
