Internet stopped working at all

I have a Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable contract. My modem is a Fritz!Box 6490. It's rented from you. Yesterday (15.03.2020) it stopped working around 11pm, now I cannot connect to the internet, WLAN light stays on, but the Power/Cable light blinks all the time. I have tried restarting it already, and resetting to factory settings. I regularly use Chrome as a browser on Windows 10. I've also tried to delete all my cache. I contacted you but still have no reply.

The technician was at your house, but could not get access to the room where the house system and amplifier is located. Please ensure access and then contact the technicians again.

Hi Manu,

This is not 100% accurate. Technician came to my house and realized that the cable with malfunction is inside the wall, so it needs to get drilled in order to get replaced. I already have an appointment with them next monday. I want to ask you: what is the procedure to ask for a Gutschrift from Vodafone since I am not able to use the internet?

Dear Manu,

The tech guy came and fixed the cable of my internet. In sum, I had no internet from Sunday 15th of March to Monday 23th of March. Since in the upcoming invoice I will pay for a whole month, is there a way I can get a Gutschrifft for these 8 days I had the glitch?
