My internet speed has been at 1.5mbps om red 400 for over 2 weeks. I've called 08001721212 and tried to get an english operator but was unsuccessful. What do I need to do.

Did you have the speed for the complete day or only in the evening? And with what connection did you test it, wifi or ethernet?

Here is my latest speedtest http://www.speedtest.net/result/7373176115 . 1.45Mbps Download and 24.1Mbps upload. The Speeds are unbearable !!!

So, I'm still here, No word back yet, My Internet is still horrible ... The only difference i've had internet for 2 days .... Here is the latest Speed Test: http: // www .speedtest.net/result/7383283755
can i get a solution or terminate my contract if i am unable to get steady internet.
