Internet slow and unstable

My internet starting on 24 November 2020 started acting strangly ..... AGAIN !!! This happens every month or two and there is no reason for it. Speeds to my modem are supposed to be 400Mbps, I'm getting 90Mbps but only 1.02Mbps to my computer. I will answer the forum questionaire below but this is unsat as my business is online and this is making it imposible to work or have a decent online video meeting.

 

 
  • Which contract do you have? Red 400  
  • Which modem / router do you use?  CH7466CE  
  • Do you use a loaner device from us or do you have your own device ? Loaner    
  • What is the error ? Speed ​​is unservicable  
  • How is your terminal connected to the modem?  LAN   
  • Which browser do you usually use? Google Chrome  
  • Which operating system do you have on your computer? Windows 10  
  • Start and period of the disturbance   starts at 0700 to 0200, over 19 hours of unusable internet   
  • Upload a screenshot of the signal values .  Screen shot attached  
  • What measures were carried out by the fault hotline (available at 0800-5266625)? i completed all prompts with no change

The expansion work is still in progress, unfortunately we cannot accelerate it. Unfortunately, we do not know a completion date yet.

Ok, so the whole grid was down yesterday and this morning in my area and now I have internet back... but you're telling me when they were getting the grid back up that they couldn't fix the issue plaguing this entire area.... now getting close to my 2nd month of these disruptions and no fix in sight, just more issues one after another... this is wilfully negligent or willful on Vodafone.

The expansion measures are still in progress. Currently, we assume that they can be completed in February.

So you say feburary is when this issue should be fixed, however thats two full months of troubled internet. Will i be getting compensated for all this down time? its now the hours of 11am to 2am i have little to no internet.

Ok, so I got compensated 50% for 1 month ... what about all of December and now as you say February? thats 3 months of bad internet. 50% off for you providing .01% of my Tarrif... this is unacceptable

March 1st and this issue is still persisting. So whats the deal? are you ever going to fix your internet service or is every customer going to have to suffer this?

 

I would like to know when this is going to be fixed as 3 FULL months of horrible internet is unacceptable.

So you're telling me a multi-billion Euro company takes 6 months to fix their internet? Thats 6 months of unfulfilled contracts to 10's of hundreds of people. You literally bought out Unity and Kable Deutchland and are unable to even remotly honor your contracts.

 

6 months to update your service in my area.... i thought better of you vodafone.
