My internet is not working since today morning. all required actions have been taken - router status i all the time: IN PROGRESS, nothing has worked that has been requested to be done like resetting router plugin and un plugin etc. Would like to request a technician asap as this is an issue that is coming back.

NO Answer since 28th of September - We have the fitz box and need a technician to come over as we have internet for the last 4 days on and off, one hour on, 5 hours off and so on.
Please arrange a technician to come over as I tried calling the line but as always no help from their side for non-German speakers.
FYI all steps have been done as requested on the website, the Box flashes all the time the light, and the connection on the router is in progress. Resetting router did not help. plugin in and out the cables did not help etc.
