Hi,
I signed up for vodafone internet contract starting from 1st of November. I received the package and completed the setup. However, the internet led light on my router keeps flashing and there is no internet connection. Please help.

Hi, Yes I contacted them few weeks back and they replied yesterday and the ticket was created. However, the ticket status shows completed but technician neither called me nor came to the apartment to check the line. Internet is still not working. Please arrange for a technician.
Let me know what you need from my side. Appreciate your help on this matter.
