Internet does not work the router Showing DOCSIS offline

Dear Sir,

I've recently contracted Internet with Vodafone and installed router 3 days back (Customer number: *** )

But Internet still does not work and flashes light on the router ... 

DOCSIS Offline.

Please kindly check this problem asap, as it is pretty urgent for me ...
