Internet Speed Problem

Dear Community,

Since one month I upgraded my Internet Contract from Red 32 to Red 200 Cable. However I dont understant why the speed of my internet conection never changed and it became even worst. I measured the speed several times and it never goes more then 10Mb/s whatever time of the day.

I called the service several times but they could not help me as they had difficulties with speaking in English.

what router did you get from us? Do you use an ethernet connection to test the speed? Did you try different speedtests?

Hi Claudia,

The router I got from Vodafone is WLAN-Kabelrouter Compal CH7466CE and I measured the speed with ethermet directly from the router. I only tried the speedtest from the vodafone website.

Hello kosti89,

 

please check your etherneth connection. It signals only 100mbps and not 1000mbps at the cable-router.
