• What  contract do you have? I have Vodafone Red contract 
• Which  modem / router do you use? vodafone TF3442DE  
  
• Do you use a  rental device from us or do you have your own device ? Your device   
• Which  error occurs? Internet light on modem blinks 
• In which state do you live? Berlin
