I have problem with wifi

I purchased WLAN 2 days ago, till now it is not working from 1 hour.
Hotline service is just keep on giving other numbers to call, but no one solving the issue.

Requesting Vodafone to fix the issue or cancel my contract, but Vodafone is not cancelling my contract and not fixing the issue also.

Really hectic with Vodafone services, I can say it is worst network seen in my life.
Please help or give me any advice what to do. I really need internet conection for my work. I am also paying 22 euro per month.
