Fritz!Box 6490 Kein Strom

I just received and turned on the Fritz!box 6490 two days ago. 

This morning I noticed that none of the led lights on the Box were lit up even though it was plugged in. 
Now none of my Google Homes work, or even my Chromecast or Hue lights. 
How do I get this replaced? Because without my Fritz!box working, my TV box doesn't work either.

Already checked whether the plug is properly inserted into the box?

Hello Rob_Luc,

you have another thread where you describe problems with the GigaTV box. My colleague Tobias will have a look at the Fritzbox problem as well. So I close this thread here now.
