Hello
I have the Vodafone DSL 50000 I tried to reach the hotline but unfortunately could find an English speaker there.
My internet was working properly until today, simply stopped to work. I tried to configure it again but it says that has no DSL connection and I need to ensure that the cable is plugged (It is was working).
Could someone help me on that?

More info: I am pretty sure that is something related to the cables in my building so I may need a technician to come to my house and take a look on that.

I moved your thread to the correct board. When I get you right, you are using a DSL and not a cable connection.
I will have a look into this.
Just sende me a private message with your name, your customer number, your customer password and your mobile phone number.
Also please tell me the status of each LED (shining or blinking in which colour) on the FritzBox and tell me the FritzBox modell you are using (7490, 7430 etc.).
