Hello.
I have requested internet DSL but I am not receiving any internet on my modem. I suspect there was a problem connection and it was made in the wrong address. I've been trying to call to the 0800 for the past two weeks but nobody was able to help me in english. I went to the Vodafone space where I signed my contract three times but no one was able to help me on this technical issue either. I would please need some assistance on this matter as soon as possible.

just to make this clear. Your conneciton has been activated by a technician already?
If not, wait for the date we have sent you via e-mail. After the acitvation you can set up your modem using the Modem-Installations-Code.
If the line has been activated and you still can not activate the modem, send me a private message.
I need your name, customer number, mobile phone number.
