Good evening,

Hi have a DSL connection at home. This evening I lost internet conectiviry and I get the error message: DSL-Benutzernamr gesperrt

Unfortunately I could not be assisted by the phone hotline 1212.

Modem easybox seems to be working fine. Can somebody help me?

Note: this happened just after I connected to the moden the canle of a fixed line Giga phone. It may be a coincidence?

Usually if you get this error, it means that your account has been suspended.

Could you please check if there are any open/unpaid invoices that could lead to an account suspension?

Or have you cancelled your line and your line was closed yesterday?
