Connectivity Issues

Hello, sorry but I dont speak german really well.

I just received my KabelBox CH7466CE, when connected that in the Living Room, no Upstream Bonded channels would be connected (although downstream is fine). Then, I tried on the bedroom, and got the connection 100% working.

Although it seems fine, I would like it to stay in the living room, since the TV will be there.

Can you guys help me finding out why this is happening?

Hallo, tut mir leid, aber ich spreche Deutsch nicht wirklich gut.

Ich habe gerade meine KabelBox CH7466CE erhalten, wenn angeschlossen, dass im Living Room keine Upstream Bonded-Kanäle angeschlossen sind (obwohl Downstream in Ordnung ist). Dann probierte ich das Schlafzimmer aus und bekam die Verbindung zu 100%.

Obwohl es in Ordnung scheint, möchte ich, dass es im Wohnzimmer bleibt, da der Fernseher da sein wird.

Können Sie mir helfen, herauszufinden, warum das passiert?

Hello rafaelfcsouza,

as the modem works in one of the rooms and we are only responsible for one multimedia sockets in the flat you would need to take care of the second socket yourself . Nonetheless I made a task for the technician, but it's possible that he won't do anything and you might have to order an electrician.
