Connection Completely drops 4 - 5 times per day

Wi-fi totally dissapears about 4 - 5 times each day. Working from home and wife teaches online and is causing massive disruption if we are working or in meetings. The connection dissapears. All of the lights go out for 2 - 3 minutes and then comes back on itself without us doing anything. Please assist. Thanks.
