Hope it's fine to write this ticket in English 🙂
I've been having problems with my CableMax 1000 connection since the end of March. Before that I used to have a pretty good internet connection, I was always able to achieve around 930 Mbit/s via LAN and around 600 Mbit/s via WLAN.
I can understand that due to Corona the load has probably increased a lot, but I can barely get 10 Mbit/s of download speed now. It's really unacceptable.
I've measured it countless times via LAN and WLAN, in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The download speed is consistently bad for me now (upload speeds are always good for some reason). I've attached some speed test results and the cable connection values from my modem. Can someone take a look? I would accept below average speeds due to the current situation, but I can barely get 1% of the contractual speed I pay for...

I can confirm that the problem is fixed after factory resetting my fritz box.

I have no solution but can only confirm that I have exactly the same problem! The readings from my Fritzbox change daily although we haven't changed anything at home (hardware, Pc and so on). My location is Hamburg.
Do hope that a moderator gets in touch with you and comes up with a solution.
I can't believe that the Fritzbox is defective because the upload and download values wouldn't change to that extent.
4 weeks ago when I got the new Fritzbox and Cablemax 1000. My upload was 5 -10. In the last week it has been
52 - 55. Brilliant! But download is constantly around 200.

Just an update: I've just reset the box to the factory settings and it looks like the problem went away. I can constantly reach 300+ in download speed via WLAN (Before it was capped to 10 somehow). I'll keep testing it for a couple of days and will report back here.
