Cable connection problem since three days

Hello,

since three days my Vodafone cable router isn't giving me or can't even ping an IPv4 address. Even the diagnostic tools inside the router can't ping anything ipv4

IPv6 works fine for some reason. 

speed tests are below 7Mbps and not stable. I have a 500Mbps connection

I brought myself a Tp Link router. I put my Vodafone router in bridge mode and now it works perfect. Thank you for your help thought.
